Salesman Jake was not afraid to speak the truth and fairly represented the process. Elite sent the company who installed them to do an inspection. I had everything signed and deposit paid and asked to get the process running in early January. I hope the company keeps their word of giving us our money back….we are still waiting…the checks in the mail so they say. Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience.
